Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from this Contract shall be heard and determined by the competent jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law.
